At Sico d.o.o., we concluded the year with a Christmas and New Year team outing, giving our employees the opportunity to socialize, relax, and share a joint experience outside the workplace.

We began the trip with a visit to the Technical Museum of Slovenia in Bistra, where we explored diverse technical collections and learned about the development of industry and innovation over time—fields that remain closely connected to our work today.

The day continued at Club 300, where we enjoyed a relaxed atmosphere, tested our skills at bowling, and refreshed ourselves with finger food. This active part of the day brought laughter, friendly competition, and strengthened team connections.

In Ljubljana, the group was divided into two smaller groups. One group took a boat ride along the Ljubljanica River accompanied by a beer tasting, while the other had time to explore the city independently. After approximately one hour, the groups switched, allowing everyone to enjoy both experiences.

We concluded the day with dinner in Trojane, where, in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere, we symbolically closed the year and looked ahead with optimism toward upcoming projects and challenges.

Such gatherings are an important part of our company culture, as they strengthen relationships and encourage collaboration.
