Sico d.o.o. proudly announces that our sponsored athlete, young Slovenian speed skater Tibor Komerički, achieved excellent results at the ISU Short Track World Tour #1 competition in Montreal, Canada. He competed in three disciplines, finishing 55th, 59th, and 60th among nearly 100 competitors.
The event, held from October 9 to 12, 2025, brought together top athletes from all over the world, with Tibor proudly representing Slovenia as the country’s first-ever participant in the World Tour series in short track speed skating. The 20-year-old skater will also compete at the second stage of the World Tour, which takes place in Montreal from October 16 to 19, as he continues his pursuit of Olympic qualification.
We follow his results with great enthusiasm — in previous seasons, Tibor has already achieved solid results, as reflected in his impressive performance record.
