At SICO, we know that strong team relationships are what keep us going. On Thursday, February 5th, the leadership team took some time to step out of the office, hang out, and discuss where we stand and where we are headed in a relaxed environment.

A bit of golf to start We kicked off the day with some indoor golf. Don’t worry, we didn’t turn into professionals – it was mostly about having fun and trying something new. We learned the basics, practiced our swings, and then competed in a putting challenge. The competitive spirit was just right to get us laughing and encouraging one another.

Lunch with a purpose We continued our day at Galerija okusov. During lunch, we mixed business with pleasure:

• Looking back: The Director gave a brief summary of 2025, highlighting our successes.
• Looking forward: He presented the plans for 2026 so that everyone knows what lies ahead.
• Department updates: Each team gave a quick presentation of their current work, keeping everyone in the loop about what’s happening at the next desk.

Who are we as a team? To wrap things up, we did a short team-building exercise. We looked at how we function as a leadership team and identified our key strengths. Through an open discussion, we chatted about how to collaborate even better and ended the day full of new ideas.
